RETURNS: OUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, kindly email us at support@insideandoutcosmetics.com, including your order number and we will send you instructions to complete your return. If your item(s) are damage upon receiving your shipment please see the damaged items section below.

Please note that only products purchased from www.insideandoutcosmetics.com will be accepted for return. If you wish to return an item purchased from one of our product vendors please contact the store, salon, or spa where you originally purchased the item for their return policy. We regret that we cannot accept exchanges at this time.

DAMAGED ITEMS
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at support@insideandoutcosmetics.com. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
